In-N-Out Burger

I haven’t been in this location for a long time. Today I came to get some food for my mom and I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Kevin Mo. He was very professional very friendly, and I watched him helped other clients. He went above and beyond to make every client feel welcome. It made a huge difference that he is bilingual because he was helping some clients that didn’t speak any English and he gave them excellent customer service in Spanish. Definitely I recommend this location and I will definitely come back.

This location is so damn chaotic!!! Damn near 20 people employees running around and it’s just mass hysteria!!! I watched another customer demand a refund because they skipped and never called his number and with my order they rounded up the bill for charity and never asked me to do so!!!!! It was only .41 cents but they should’ve still asked first!!!! They really need to fire the manager!!!!!

Love the people amd the en environment. Awesome to visit with kids as well. Service was awesome. All staff I interacted with was just great. In addition the place is kept super clean. Highly recommended.

I got the flying dutchman with whole grill onion wrap and it changed my life.Sounds crazy to order.But it is delicious. I ordered the fries well done.And it's a game changer. The in and out staff is so on point here and they just make everything perfect. And they really put some love into it. I really appreciate that and the girl at the drive through had the most beautiful blue eyes I ever saw.

We had the grilled cheese and animal fries with hot cocoa and a chocolate shake. It hit the spot and was delicious.
