In-N-Out Burger

I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The food was not fresh, the fries were cold, and the burger looked like it was thrown together in a rush. The service was also slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. What made it worse was the cashier’s attitude — he was very rude. I asked for a cup of water with lemon, and he handed me a dirty, wet paper bag with no lemon inside. When I asked again, he just said, “I’m sorry, I can’t give you that.” I’ve never experienced anything like this at In-N-Out before. I hope they seriously improve their customer service and food quality because this visit was far below the standard I expected

Was in the mood for some In N Out so decided to head over to this location in Panorama City. If car lines are too long, I usually just pull into the lot and order at the window. I ordered a double double with a slice of onions. Took them a few minutes to get to me since they were busy in the little stall. Food was ready within 10 mins or so. Took it to go and ate it at home. It was good but I remember it being a bit better. At least they use fresh ingredients and dont freeze their beef patties.

It's fast food so only so much can be said for the atmosphere. But they do keep it clean! Do I really need to say much? I've never had a bad experience at any in and out in the LA area. Everyone is always super nice and friendly! They always work very fast, even when they are slammed. They check multiple times with multiple people to make sure your order is right! They just really know what they are doing here!

Something is always missing from my order without fail. Specifically at this location This time I Came when it was slow and still they somehow managed to miss my order of fries

As is always the case, this In n Out delivers the best burgers with minimal waiting time. The employees are very nice and they try their best to deliver on time. There's almost always a big line around lunch time. I have some amazing memories from this In n Out right here and I can't wait to come again
