Impulse smoothie

So normally I love this place but I just tried to go get what I normally get and the guy tried to scam me. He tried to charge me an up charge of $3 for a substitute that I’ve never been charged before. Now usually I give the benefit of the doubt in assuming that maybe one person just chose not to charge me for it but I have gone to 4 different cashiers in the almost year that I’ve been grabbing a smoothie after my workout. Total fraudulent behavior and this should be investigated.

TERRIBLE experience. Tha cashier looked annoyed from the moment I walked in- no greeting, no smile JUST ATTITUDE. The waiter was just as rude and acted like I was bothering them by asking how long my smoothie would take. When it finally came, it was watery, flavorless, and barely cold. Total waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

If you’re looking for a smoothie and a side of emotional trauma, look no further than Impulse Smoothie. I walked in and the employee looked up from their phone like I’d just wrongly interrupted her I ordered anyway, because I believe in second chances. A HORRIBLE Mistake. The smoothie tasted like someone urinated in it. I asked if they could remake it, and the cashier sighed so hard and rolled her eyes at me and both of them started cursing me out. Horrible customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was slow and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Wouldn’t recommend it. The place looks much better in photos than in real life. Totally overrated and not worth the visit. Dirty, noisy, and overcrowded. There was no proper organization and the staff was rude. NOTHING special here. Long wait times and poor customer service. Waste of time.

There was rat poop in my drinks. The waiters are rude. Truly the worst customer service I’ve received. Disgusting experience.
