Impractical Sandwich

Impractical Sandwich is a Friday lunch only takeout offering from the Heritage Table which is only open for dinners. You can order online or call in. I'd heard about their cheeseburger and finally had a chance to try it. I've gotta say, it's probably the best burger I've had and I don't say that lightly. They use a house bun that is pillowy soft and airy that would be great to eat on its own. The meat is excellent with a great beef taste. Pickles also made in house and thick cut. American cheese is great for burgers but the one they use seems to be a pretty good quality one because it has a very savory taste that just lingers in your mouth all day in a good way.
