Imperial Garden

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Imperial Garden was unacceptable. From the start, the person who answered the phone didn’t even identify the restaurant—just picked up and said, “What do you want?” It was unclear if I had even called the right place. When I tried to clarify, I was hung up on mid-conversation. Customer service should never feel like an inconvenience, yet the attitude here made it clear that courtesy isn’t a priority. Even if the food were exceptional (which it isn’t—it’s average at best), the complete disregard for respect and professionalism overshadows everything else.

The worst tasting food and I was waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery when I called back they said we don't deliver and hung up very unprofessional and. If any one has the same thing happened to you please post the review

I do take out for over a year. Never disappointed. Shrimp with garlic sauce is amazing.

First time ordering food here and I was amazed at how good it was, flavorful it was just amazingly good!!!

I didn't even get to order over the phone. The woman picked up with a "hello" so I asked if it was a business... she said, yes. So, I started my order... beef and broccoli combo but no broccoli please. She replies by spelling it out first... "N-O... no." Me thinking she was just repeating what I was saying -no broccoli- I said "right, no broccoli" she then gets louder and spells it out again... "N-O, NO!" Then it clicked that she was telling me no, I couldnt order it that way. My husband heard her while standing next to me... told me to hang up the phone. I was in shock, told her "okay, thanks anyw..." then CLICK, she hung up on me!!! Absolutely RUDE! If you enjoy being spoken to like that, this is your place... if not, don't waste your time even calling!
