Illumine Coffee - Nora

Wow! Their pastries were amazing. They had a cinnamon roll croissant that was the perfect blend of sweet and flakiness. I also ordered a French toast muffin, I had it warmed - it was so fresh as if this just came out of the oven. My husband had the chocolate croissant and said it was delicious. Their coffee was also really good. I had a brown sugar iced latte and my husband ordered a vanilla butterscotch hot latte. Service was very friendly. It was really busy, so finding a seat was difficult, but easy to understand with how good their products are.

The best vibes! The menu is straight to the point, but has specialty lattes. I got the maple one as advised by the worker it was his favorite and after a couple sips I can see why! Full of flavor 😋 he mentioned the pumpkin spice and brown sugar flavors are made in house, so I will definitely be coming back to try them. Nice open space with plants at the front made it feel homely on a rainy cold day.

I loved this coffee spot! I decided to go all in with the espresso flight—even though all of their specialty drinks looked great. Immediately the staff greeted us and told us a bit about the cafe and the drinks. It was bright and sunny inside and the felt like the perfect place to sit and work for a bit in front of the big window. The espressos were very unique and was surprised how different they could be. It was served European style with a side of sparkling water.

We were treated to breakfast from Illumine Coffee at work this morning! I thoroughly enjoyed their blended iced coffee! And their vegan blueberry coffee cake was OUTSTANDING!

Great selection of specialty coffee. The cortado was great. Pastry selection was good. The breakfast selections minimal but my egg-cheddar sandwich was amazing!
