It's terrible that a tax payer funded, state organization refuses to provide phone numbers where we can receive help with State licensing. They also never respond to emails, which is the course of action we're told to do on there automated system. It's just bad business and a failure of those who made this decision.

I had a Covid test on November 10th and it is now 2 week later and I have NOT been told my results !!! You people tell us to get tested so we do and you people never inform us of our results how is that right ? An honest opinion is that you people are inept . It’s now January 26th and I still haven’t heard anything though I did eventually gave up calling because for 3 weeks after I quarantined and I was fine . Guessing that Covid testing is a waste of time .

Sad when a govnmnt agency sees these kinds of reviews. Not surprized

So do you guys ever answer your phones??? All different possibilities lead to no answer and you leave a message and they dont get back to you.
