IL Primo Pizza & Wings

Fresh Pizza and wings!!! I pulled the slices off so the could cool alittle before I ate them. Our cashier Valerie also brought out our food when it was done. She was polite and quick. Great food!!

Excellent experience. You can tell a lot about a company's guest service culture by how they handle a mistake. For some reason our dine in pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. The server was bright and apologetic and offered to replace the pizza while we ate what we had. They boxed up the replacement and kept it warm for us until we left, which was a pleasant surprise! There was a face painter there but no kids yet at about 6pm on a Friday. The young lady who greeted us upon arrival and brought us our food was so polite and friendly even before the hiccup and is a great asset to the company. She was working 3-7-25. The food was excellent! We had a pizza chicken wings combo and an order of fries. Everything great. We'll be back!

Great staff! Pizza, Cheese bread sticks, and boneless wings were all very good! Everything is made fresh daily I'm told by kind staff, who were very engaging and kind! I think this is a gem of a place to eat! Who doesn't love pizza and wings!?

As You Walk In, You are Welcomed By the Most Wonderful Friendliness. JJ. He is the Goat(Greatest of all Time). I gotta say, it was an Amazing experience, he was very Helpful over the phone, and Greater in-Store! Very Happy customers as we came in, and Very Happy Costumers as in Us when we left! I will definitely be coming back, and Soon at that! JJ is the Best GM one can have! Food was Great As Well! Nice amount of sauce and cheese which is of course with flavor! I love the newly renovations they have with their stands, Soda Machine, and their Silverware! Especially with using high quality plastic ware that cuts properly! All in all, highly recommended, and highly a top visit in Port Charlotte!

My kids love coming to IL Primo in Port Charlotte for the kids night. They have so much fun making their own pizzas! The staff are so friendly, they always have a movie going for the kids as well. BBQ chicken pizza is delicious, must try!
