Ikhlas Seafoods and Pastries

Love it & I’ve ordered from here 3x in the past month ! The shrimp is juicy and I love all the fish options, though those mini winglets could use some work - i wish i had photo evidence bc it was the size of my pinky 😆

I honestly would not recommend Ikhlas Seafood & Pastries based on my experience. Every time I come here, the cashiers have extremely rude and nasty attitudes. Customer service at the front counter is definitely lacking. During my most recent visit, Krystal in particular was very disrespectful and had a very nasty attitude toward me for no reason. When customers are spending their money, they deserve to be treated with basic respect, and that was not the case here. Management really needs to focus on training the people working the front counter on professionalism and how to properly interact with customers. To be honest, if you’re in the area and want seafood, I would recommend JJ Fish & Chicken instead. Much better customer service and overall experience.

Generous portions, where? Cause my plate looked like I order from Captain D’s. I paid $25 for red snapper! The Mac and cheese was dry taste like it’s been in the warmer too long! the rest of the food was good but my baby plate was a disappointment. I wanted my money back so bad but I saw they have a no refund policy. I would not return here cause I felt scammed. I can’t reply back, so I guess I have to edit my original review and hopefully you see this, but here’s my thing. I understand that snappers is expensive, I understand quality over quantity but yall gave me a plate with one scoop of beans and a scoop of Mac and cheese. The potions don’t match what I’m paying. Put more sides on the plate. I eat red snapper at other Restaurants ( black own) where I had a generous size portions of

I rate this place 3 stars because the service. The CASHIER is terrible. Her attitude, her demeanor, the way she hands you the food. Just terrible. Makes you not want to support the business. & im PRETTY SURE it’s not her business to be running people away with the rudeness and disrespect. You are loosing the business money. It was a family behind me. Maybe 60 years old with their daughter, I thought it was only me. But she did the even worse. That we all discussed it in front of her. & she still never apologized or nothing. You guys need new cashiers. I will never come back, & I buy this fish for my grandma because she love it. But I can’t stand to give me money to somebody who is rude. We will be looking for new seafood restaurant. & I was going to TikTok cause I have over a million follo

This is a small but delicious / Vegetarian gem im the city. If you're looking for fried foods your way this is the place. When placing your order online or in store you're asked how you like your food. They also have a selection of pies & pastries. Bean pies are a fav for me. Try this location for a good fried fish meal. I promise you'll be back.
