Ike's Love & Sandwiches

At the recommendation from my better half, we went to get lunch today at Ike’s. It was the first time for me and the second time for him. I ordered the Nacho Boy Supreme, with no tomato, add onion, and banana peppers on the Dutch crust roll. My husband order the Da Vinci on a French roll. My sandwich was really good. I’m a snob when it comes to Dutch crust bread and they definitely got it right. It has that crunch on the top, but is soft in the middle. They don’t skimp on meat, veg, and sauces - so you get what you’re paying for. Their dirty sauce is flavorful - you can taste the garlic. The veggies are clearly fresh. My sandwich has mushrooms on it and I was pleasantly surprised that you could clearly taste them and they had a bite to them (meaning they were fresh, not some canned mushr

Googled "Sandwiches" and Ike's came up. Based off the photos we went. Bomb sandwiches! I got the Beast Mode and Renee got the Jaymee Sirewich. Will come back to explore more sandwiches. Names of them are great.

First-time experience and the service was fast and friendly. Wide variety of sandwiches. They have gluten-free bread, so that's a plus. Most of the sandwiches are gluten-free. The dirty sauce is also gluten-free. These sandwiches were delicious and will be coming back to try other sandwiches. The pastrami was delicious!! Just wished there was more meat in pastrami sandwiches.

So excited to have an Ikes sammy today. I had the Menage a trois for so many reasons. It did not disappoint. I had my first ikes in the bay area. It was called a Steph Curry and I've loved them ever since. Ate at the one I'm Reno too. My soul is full today. Cannot wait to go back...like tomorrow? I got the sourdough cuz i love me some sourdough. I got the sammy just as it comes. The yellow bbq sauce is my fav. And a caramel apple pop for desert! Oh yeah. Staff was outstanding! DON'T PAY VIA ONLINE ORDERING APPLE OR GOOGLE PAY. They don't receive your order and will ask you to pay again... This is even still the same for for rewards ordering. We placed our order ahead then waited in the parking lot for 17 minutes, then to go in only to find out that they didn't receive my order. I was in fact charged for it when placing the mobile order. The employees know and have mentioned it but nothing has been fixed yet. I then had to place my order in person and pay again... Always fun dealing with double charges 2nd time this has happened now, and yet months later they still don't have their Apple or Google pay online ordering fixed...
