Great experience every time I visit this IHOP, and now thanks to STACEY. She is professional, hardworking, and always made sure everything was Running smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication really stands out. Management is lucky to have her she’s a true asset to this location. Highly recommend!

We had a great breakfast experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Germansh E. She provided excellent service and was especially amazing with the kids. She was patient, kind, and very attentive to their needs, which made our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Our food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered, and she checked on us often with a friendly smile. If you’re dining with children, I highly recommend asking for Germansh E. She has wonderful customer service skills

I have to say, Veronica is THE BEST server I've had in years. She's so personable, so real and so sweet! We ordered poached eggs and the cook made us fried eggs, she caught it after I mentioned it and went to fix it right away. Her attitude was so great that we weren't even bothered by that. Then the food came out great. She made our dining experience a great one and even made our day happier with her contagious good energy. She is a gem 💎 ✨️

Nakyra was my waiter and she was absolutely wonderful! She made sure to keep checking in on us , had a bubbly energy , and quick with the food ! Loved seeing her in here

I generally enjoy coming here, but my experience with our server, Cathy, was extremely disappointing. From the moment we sat down, it was clear she didn't want to be there. There was no greeting and not even a smile; she walked up and immediately asked, "What drink do you want?" followed by "What food do you want?" It felt incredibly rushed and unprofessional. When we asked for an extra minute to look at the menu or requested to switch a drink order, she responded with a visible attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. The service was unorganized and completely lacked the basic hospitality you'd expect. It’s a shame because it really ruined the atmosphere of our meal. I hope management addresses this, as better service is definitely needed. 2/16 10:50AM
