IHOP

This was a purchase through Uber Eats, and I am honestly mind blown by the service provided. The pancakes were falling apart and undercooked, the sausage was not fully cooked, the bacon was extremely hard, and I specifically asked for crispy hash browns but received them undercooked as well. If this is the level of quality you provide for delivery orders, you should not even be in business. This was supposed to be a buy one get one free deal, yet it still cost over $58 through Uber One, which feels like a complete rip off. I would never pay that much unless the food and service were actually amazing.

I will regularly order through DoorDash from this IHOP. Recently when I had an issue with a delivery order, the mgr, Armando was quick to take care of it and went above and beyond my expectations. This week my family dined in late night for my birthday. Our server, Jarrett and mgr, Armando made sure to give friendly and exceptional service and make it extra special. The food was great (I love the sirloin tips, their crepes and pancakes are great, and so many other great options!), restaurant/ bathrooms were clean, and my birthday dessert was delicious. I will always recommend this IHOP for its food, staff, and service. It’s my favorite IHOP!

I had the chicken biscuit sandwich with gravy and hash browns. It was well prepared. My server Beto served me with a smile and met all my needs. Give him a raise please. I was very grateful that the lighting was not super bright. That small detail made the dining experience better.

The food is AMAZING. I always order the Cowboy BBQ steakburger, and it doesn't stop short of divine. The service is phenomenal, and Angelica is one great server! The manager, Armando is very kind, and always ready to help at any time. I like to visit this IHOP all the time, as they are always very welcoming! Their cleanliness of the restaraunt is always top-tier, and if there's a dirty table, the employees are always quick to act. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the train is a nice add-on to the place, adding to it's family-friendly environment.
