IHOP

Went there for the first time to try this location, and we got it very well served. Staff very friendly and not rushing on u to eat pay and go. Food very well done, not to greasy or tons of butter in the pancakes,and just perfect like we ordered. Our breakfast was delicious and good, definitely we go back again. Also place is very clean, even the bathroom. Seems that’s is a good management taking care of it. The servers are very friendly and attention to detail. They definitely deserve a good TIP.

This was for takeout order. Food was terrible for the price. We had a big order. I got eggs bene and was disgusting looking. Hash browns satisfactory. Cinnabon crepes were tooooo sweet couldn’t eat them. My son commented how the food looked great in pics compared to food given. My husband didn’t say either way. For $96 for breakfast foods terrible and not going back. We’ve had bad past experiences. Parsippany where we used to live was the best. This place terrible. Had half of a half of eggs been and one bite of the crepe that’s it

Our favorite IHOP. We're there at least two times a week. Rachel, the manager, is the best. The waitstaff is great, too. Leslie, Lisa, Christina and Kathleen, are the best. The food is always delicious, whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner served all day long. The pancakes, what can I say, the best.

Not the best but not the worst. Staff was friendly but the food was kind of bas. I got the country fried steak and the broccoli was supposed to be sautéed in butter but came out bland and looked like it was nuked in a microwave. There are plenty of better ihops like the one on route 37.

The food and service at the Toms River West location has always been outstanding. We come to this IHOP a lot. However, there seems to be a new policy regarding the use of the app's pancoins which are earned from everything we eat here thus the 4 star rating. Before, I could add an item from the pancoin wallet to an order such as adding a short stack of pancakes from the rewards. Now that has all changed. If anybody at the table orders an item from the value menu, then nobody in the party can use reward pancoins. This seems a tad unfair because what good are rewards if they can't be used? I'm not sure if this is a new corporate policy or a local management decision but nowhere on the menu at this location does it state this. Other than that we will continue to come here, just a tad disappo
