IHOP

Really grateful for Carly’s care and sweetness. I really felt the joy and warmth being served by an incredible woman like Carly. May the lord bless her pretty soul! Food was FYIAAAA

We went today and the food was less that par. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak stacker and it came out with uncooked onions and the cheese was not melted at all, not to mention the bun was so hard it almost felt stale. It was super disappointing. Not sure if they are super understaffed but they seemed good. My husband got a burger and the sauce was so little with a burger that was so over cooked he could almost not chew it. Very disappointing!

Had a terrible experience today. Was served undercooked shrimp. I advised they were not fully cooked. The waitress was nice and ran back to have them remake them. In that time the hostess and another worker stood near by talking loudly about the situation and laughing and staring about what happened. They remake them, it comes out with 8. Advised it should be the 10. Since it was undercooked. Waitress fixed it. Sweet. The hostess and that woman continue to bicker near by now that it was still not right.. On the way out, she says have a good day in a rude tone. I said you too. They start laughing again about it. What an experience. Is this the experience IHop wants for their guests?

A typical "go to" breakfast restaurant with good coffee that they leave a pot on the table for self service. This morning was an impromptu Birthday breakfast. We all had senior specials. Mine included 2 eggs, which I ordered over easy. I seldom order them cooked this way because they usually have undercooked whites. Today, mine were cooked to perfection with all the whites set with a "runny" yolk , perfect for sopping up with either their delicious, crispy hash browns or the lightly buttered toast.... or both!! We all enjoyed the food, wait staff and celebration comraderie while not being rushed through the meal. I/we will return to this particular site soon.

Our Server, Ryan appeared to be the only one working during our visit. He greeted us promptly when we arrived. The service was great. Good job Ryan!!! Thank you for an amazing dining experience.
