Wow! Kris & Julia, we’re both not only outstanding exemplary, kind helpful, warm, professional, and excessively fabulous! Please come here and I’m sure everybody will give you great service, but these two are a cut above the rest appreciation to the cooks as well to be fair but again these two ladies really made my experience here today something far beyond anybody’s would anybody might expect… I feel like it was meant to be that I came here today. Oh marketing! But I’m so glad that I did! I feel like this is my new breakfast spot as long as these ladies work here! I thought the food was very good as well beyond in fact!

Can a smile make food taste better? A friendly atmosphere has the special ability to enhance flavors. Your happy pallet absorbs ambiance as well as salt and sugar. You can't go wrong at this particular location. Even at 230am you are greeted warmly, seated promptly and left to dine in peace yet not in isolation. Have some pancakes, bacon or a burger and for a few minutes of your day, slow down, enjoy your coffee. Reality will be there when finish eating.

Seemed understaffed, then again, we were the only people there. (1 waitress and the cook team were the only staff there) Cook is new, so he's still finding his rhythm but everything eventually came out and was good. Waitress was super friendly. Very happy with service 😀

Robin was a fantastic server! She was check and kind and efficient- all while being the only server on staff when the left side of the restaurant was highly occupied. The cook, Adam, made THE BEST quesadilla I've had at any IHOP-and we go often! He also made perfect scrambled eggs and bacon. I've left this location 3 stars before but now 5 stars because of Adam and Robin!

Robin J went out of her way to make sure you my food was cheaper because she used her employee discount for me because I didn't have enough she's very polite very helpful very attentive towards the customers and I think she should be recognized for her hard work and dedication towards helping guest, please give this very sweet lady a raise! 🖤🖤
