IHOP

This is our go to place. We live in town and love Ihop! However, the last two visits were not what we've come to expect. First, when did Ihop become sooo expensive!?!? $80 for two??? For breakfast?? That didn't include tip. Secondly, we just left there. Our server, Denise, was great! The food wasn't!! I had the biscuits and gravy combo and my coffee was hotter than the food. Even the gravy had "set". I don't like to send things back and honestly I was too hungry. My partner got the chicken fried steak combo and his was fine. I truly hope this was just "a bad day". Otherwise, we will be looking for a new breakfast place. So disappointed.

The service seemed good. The Burger was the problem. The bottom bun was rock hard. you could tap it with your fork and it sounded like you were knocking on a door. I don't know if it sat on some kind of kind hot plate or what, But it approached being crumbly. Otherwise the Patty was decent and the veggies were fresh. The fries were also pretty good. But I was there for a burger and it fell very short.

I can’t believe it took me so long to try IHOP! When our favorite breakfast spot closed down, I was heartbroken. It had been our little tradition for a long time, and I wasn’t sure anything could replace it. But then we decided to give IHOP a chance—and I’m so glad we did. Got food delivered and you cant tell me that isn't at least half raw bacon.. I ate half of it before realizing and now a few hours later im sick to my stomach.
