IHOP

Food was cold when it got to the table, and I had to ask for everything syrups, water, napkins, it all! For some reason the coffee or tea is always warmer than the food! And I got plastic utensils, which was not my choice, but I wasn't asked either. A deep cleaning of cups and condiments holder, coffee carafe is needed. This is my community, and I try to support it, but this was another bust at Newark Bergen Street IHOP 👎 Gordon Ramsey should come to newark for a visit and ship shape this establishment UP! Respectfully, NEWARKER!

I loved Lucy! Our service this morning was perfect thanks to her. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. She made the whole experience so much better, I’ll be back and requesting her. If you want great service, ask for Lucy

Yessss let me start with the best part besides my breakfast buddy!! Lucy’s customer service was top tier. She is warm, funny and attentive. She is a beautiful person and she laughed and made our breakfast experience one of the best I’ve had at IHOP! Butttt my coffee was bitter so I got a hot chocolate! It was good but it looked oily not sure why. The food was ok not the best but not the worst. The eggs were not light and fluffy they were a little hard. But overall I will definitely return I pray Lucy will be there. I pray she gets a raise she’s definitely an asset ❤️

Food and service (bernard) are good at this location but the prioritization of uber eats orders is annoying. 50 min wait for a single piece of French toast, two fried eggs and bacon for a guest sitting in is not okay bc online orders are being fulfilled first.
