IHOP

Excellent experience at this IHOP. We were greeted right away with a genuine smile and seated quickly, which set a great tone from the start. The service stayed attentive without hovering, and the food was exactly what we came for—hot, consistent, and filling, the perfect way to start the day. It’s not always easy to find a place that keeps things simple and does it well, but this location delivers. My family will definitely be visiting again soon.

Worst experience ever waiter markelle needs to be trained properly with customer service did not write down a single order got our drinks then when we were ready to order the steak and eggs he tells us they are out of steak biggest reason why me and my wife came then we order my daughter got the pancakes with bananas and strawberries he then brings the order out with just bananas when my wife said we ordered the pancakes with strawberries he says they were out of strawberries, my wife also ordered the tres leches pancakes he brings out regular pancakes when she told him he reaches over from the middle while we are eating to grab the plate then comes back and holds the plate in the same spot as we are eating he held the plate until I grabbed it out of frustration because I was already upset

Don’t eat here! They had me standing at the front entrance for 10 mins before someone came over to ask me what I needed. The servers were just walking around like zombies. The manager needs to come out of her office and monitor the daily activities with the workers. I never stayed, I ended up leaving shortly after I complained to the manager. I’m from New Jersey and I’ve never seen anything like this. Terrible!🤦🏽‍♀️

The food was good, and our server was attentive. My only suggestion is that this location needs makeover. The lighting was dim which made the restaurant look old, and gave slighly run down vibes. It could use a good interior renovation that still honors the nostalgic feel and history of IHOP. Some of the ceiling fixtures looked nostalgic, in a good way.

We came here because we figure it’s not busy it’s been awhile we had ihop why not right. Well from the front desk person having to ask lazy servers if they wanted to take US a party of TWO to serve our order was shocking I mean they work to serve why does the front desk have to ask right? Basically the server mumbles and leaves. Well the front desk lady sat us to find out we had no server willing to attend us MIND YOU there was so many LAZYYY servers [but 1 ]serving like 1-2 tables ridiculous. I would I assume servers would like to help to make tip money right. Well no. Behind us was a family who spoke up to let them know they haven’t been offered drinks. We both didn’t have servers smh lazy employees seems like all they do and come and want look pretty with big lashes and yucky make up.
