IHOP

Stopped in at IHOP and had a really good experience. Service was friendly and quick, and our food came out hot and fresh. Pancakes were fluffy, eggs were cooked right, and coffee stayed filled. It’s a solid, reliable spot for breakfast or a quick family meal. Nothing fancy, just good comfort food done right. We’d definitely stop here again when we’re in the area.

This was insane. My mom doesnt get out much, I finally convinced her to come out to dinner with me and she picks Ihop. We were seated right away, but waited 24 minutes to even see our waitress, at this point we had everything decided on. There was 5 tables with customers at them (including us) so it wasnt busy. But we only seen 2 people the whole time we were here. After sitting for an additional 50 minutes of waiting for our food (about to walk out already). The waitress says "The kitchen says we are out of burritos" .. Does she mean tortillas? Whatever, i looked at my mom, my mom was so hangrey that she wanted to just leave. I tell the waitress we just want to pay for our drinks. We waited ANOTHER 12 MINUTES and got nothing. So we were able to leave with soda on the house. Ill never be b

Drove an hour here for breakfast this morning just for the whole time to be a disaster. They forgot about part of our breakfast completely. We made a comment to our waitress about how slippery the floors were and my son almost falling walking to go to the bathroom and watching multiple other people slide around and expressed my concern about someone falling and getting hurt. Heard many of the staff members comment on how slippery the floor was. And it was completely dismissed as if no one cared until someone does get hurt. We found huge chunks of glass under our table and I wasnt upset that we found it but that the waitress didnt care and blamed it on another one of her employees. I told her about it and she dismissed it so we picked it all up to show her and she just blamed whoever closed

What in around 1 o’clock on Saturday for some food look at the place that just had a rush. Our server came to the table 4 times wants to get drinks second time to get our order third time to put our order down for time to give us a check. Asked for crispy bacon for both orders and both of them were very soggy luck like they were taken from a buffet style tray. Eggs were moderately warm hashbrowns were the only thing that still had heat coming off of it. Once we want to leave could not find our server went to the front to pay took another five minutes for someone to even check us out some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time.

Our waitress was friendly, prompt and attentive. She did a fine job. My issue is with the 4 young ladies that were at the front desk as I entered. My friend and I were not greeted or acknowledged in any way. They were all arguing amongst themselves, with one young lady repeating that she was on break. Another customer entered just after us and politely asked if they were serving customers. The lady that was “on break” replied rather rudely “ yeah”, and they all continued to ignore us. We waited for roughly 10 minutes to be acknowledged. This is unacceptable behavior from employees working in the service industry. I usually don’t complain to much, but this was rudeness at its finest
