IHOP

Went to IHOP with the Grandkids. We ordered and the food came in good time, but I asked for my ToGo meal to be brought out at the same time as the "for here" food and it wasn't. They were good about asking me for what I needed, however they didn't bring the check until I was getting my grandchildren ready to go, so then I had to try and juggle my 1 and 3 year old grand children while paying the check at the counter. Why wouldn't the server have the foresight to ask if I wanted to pay from the table? Then the server had to run to the kitchen to get a pen amidst all the chaos. I only left him a little over $4 tip. If he had been more conscientious I would have left him like $10. After all this when I looked at the to go biscuits and gravy, they only gave me about 1.5 oz of gravy for a bisc

Absolutely blown away with the service, food came out very fast (less than 10 mins)! Our waitress was very kind and very helpful unfortunately I didn't get her name but me and my wife were very pleased! Prices were fantastic aswell! P.s. the guy who came in after losing a bet and had to eat a ton of pancakes is a trooper, hes been here for 6 hours :)

I visited IHOP this morning for breakfast and ordered an omelette. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While eating, I found a hair in my food and also discovered a small piece of plastic inside the omelette. Finding foreign objects in your meal is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Breakfast is supposed to be enjoyable, but this completely ruined my appetite and experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food handling and quality control, because customers deserve safe, clean meals. — Eric

Hot delicious meal. Absolutely delicious, I ate it so fast I didn't even get a picture. The best hashbrowns I ever had! The sausage tasted amazing! Strawberry banana pancakes were fantastic! Thanks for the good meal 😀

We got seated pretty quickly. When our server, really nice lady, came and took our order we waited 20 min for our drinks to come to the table then another 20-30 min for our food to come out, food came out and it wasnt very warm like it was just sitting on the survey line for a while. We watched the others tables get waited on after we would get our order in and they got their food and we're halfway through their meals til we got ours. I must add in we been here multiple times before with no issue. Not sure what changed.
