I had a great experience at this IHOP location (7450 NW 186th St), thanks to our waitress Vanessa. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, patient, and very attentive. She checked on us often without being overbearing, made sure our drinks stayed full, and got our order exactly right. Vanessa had a great attitude the whole time, even though it was busy, and she made us feel welcome and taken care of. I had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The pancakes were fluffy, the portions were generous, and everything came out quickly. We ordered delivery from this iHop when travelling through Miami. Food arrived within a reasonable time and was hot with the exception of our hash browns. Portions were great although our 16oz hot chocolate was more like 10oz. I could tell by the cup that it hadn’t spilled at all. I was annoyed given the price paid for the hot chocolate. We found prices to be high for what the food was.

Wonderful hard working team. Fun to watch the team from the counter work so well in a fast paced environment. Food was great. My server Muneerah was so charming and helpful. A bright friendly spot after a long travel day. Thanks Muneerah !
