IHOP

This IHOP is the best one I’ve been to. I’m a truck driver and eat at diners all the time, so I notice when a place really stands out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away and seated immediately. As soon as we sat down, our waitress Heather came over to take our drink order and made us feel welcome. While we were there, I noticed a gentleman walking around checking on tables and asking guests if they needed anything. He stopped by our table a few times as well. I finally asked if he was the manager, and he was — his name is Joshua. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the job he’s doing. Great customer service and a great team. Everyone was polite and clearly working together, and the bathrooms were very clean with a fully completed daily checklist post

We had a phenomenal experience at this establishment. We had a big party of 6 and we were seated immediately. Our server was Hannah and she was so incredibly great. She took excellent care of us and checked on us often. You can tell she loves her job. The manager on duty was also phenomenal, he thanked us multiple times for coming in and also checked on us multiple times. Our food was hot and delicious. If we ever come back through Macon, we will be back! Thank you all for the amazing hospitality and customer service!

I’ve been coming to this location off and on for years. Far and beyond this was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. Our server Ayana was delightful, the food came out quickly and the food was amazing! We both got omelets and pancakes. The manager came to check on us. It seems obvious that there’s been a change for the better here.

Empty parking should have been a sign, but it was dinner time 5:20pm. Omelette was great, as were the hash browns. Bacon was under cooked, toast never delivered. Biscuits and gravy left a lot to be desired. Server was nice, just didn’t deliver our food as ordered.

Not the prettiest plate of food I've ever had, but it tasted good and was seasoned well. They were out of broccoli, so I ended up with mashed potatoes and French fries. My son got a double classic burger with fries. It was actually beautiful, but I think it was in his hands before the plate hit the table, so I didn't get a photo. Our server (Autumn) I think, was great. We were there around dinner time and I think there was only one other table and a door dash order while we were there. The restaurant looked a little dated, but that gave it a little of a nostalgic feel. Everything seemed clean from what I could tell.
