We had the seven dollar special and it was served hot and quiet promptly and it filled us up .

Portion Sizes for the price are Ridiculous Nothing on time Biscuits and Gravy are one extremely flat and hard but you would think with gravy it wouldn’t be DRY but it was . Asked for more gravy by the time they brought it everything was cold hash-browns biscuit it’s advertised as Biscuits and gravy but either those were the 2 flattest biscuits ever or it was one broke in half so it should read Biscuit and gravy very misleading Pictures of the food. That triangle of ham was $3.49 and they wanted to charge me for 2 when it said 2-4 come with Biscuits and gravy

Everything was bad. Eggs over easy bad, tasteless. Bacon, sausage horrible. Hash browns…hard to tell what they really were. Pancakes hard and tasteless. Everything ice cold. Service was fine. Food in totality was a disaster. Nothing was salvageable. This was about 1 week ago in morning.

This is the second time I’ve come to this specific ihop for food they have now messed up twice. This most recent time, I placed an order on the app and came to pick it up twenty minutes later. Come to find out they have already given out my order to someone who allegedly gave my name to them. Manager comes and says that they will remake it this time but the next time they will not be able to. Kind of weird given the fact that THEY messed up by not fully verifying who they were giving the order to. Manager was also very rude when I showed not only the mobile app order, but the email confirmation, and my state issued id. Will not be back to this specific chain.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The food came out cold and tasted funny, the staff was rude, we asked for butter and another waitress loudly stated, "its not my table im not getting it". Our waitress had an attitude. Definitely will not be back to this location
