IHOP

Spent almost $50 asked for strawberry cheesecake, pancakes, and well done hashbrowns I literally got plain pancakes. They said they were out of the strawberry compote and additionally the server told me that they were out of almost everything including cheese for a company this size. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve literally never had this issue at Waffle House. Whoever the district manager is for the stores should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I want a refund.!!

Miss Rose is the best server here. We’ve been coming for a few months and after only one visit Miss Rose remembers our original order exactly. I asked for a change once and she has remembered the change since. Sometimes it will be weeks between visits but she always it’s happy to see us and never forgets the order. The Manage Mike has an exceptional crew.

I walked over from my hotel when I arrived about 4 AM after going to an EDM event with 4 DJs. I was starving and had no idea what I wanted until I saw the picture of the Chicken and Waffles in the menu. I've had lots of food from IHOP before, but that was something new for me. I enjoyed it. Would definitely get it again sometime.

We had an excellent experience at IHOP! Josh provided outstanding service — he was pleasant, very attentive to our needs, and truly a joy throughout our visit. He took the time to explain the specials for the night and periodically checked in to make sure everything was perfect. His customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

First of all the manager here is an outstanding guy. He’s nice. He’s a gentleman. He knows how to run a business. In my opinion, he should be general manager over all IHOPs but still be here at the one on Thornton Road the food incredible. I have never eaten anything here that wasn’t outstanding like a top-notch high-end restaurant. Then there’s the waitresses the waitresses are outstanding. They’re so nice. They’re so caring. They are the best waitresses I have ever met in almost any restaurant. I’ve gone to in Georgia. Honestly, you should come here for breakfast and lunch. This place has incredible food for those two occasions and I want to tell corporate that they need to give this manager a raise he deserves to be paid more money!!
