IHOP

We went because I've had their gluten free pancakes before at a different location, they are listed on the website and on the menu in the restaurant. We ordered our food and the server came back and tells us they are no longer offered? Clearly no one informed the servers ahead of time so we had to pay for our drinks and leave. As someone who works in the industry, I'm extremely disappointed about the entire situation. The server isn't at fault at all, she was amazing, but iHop needs to do better if they're going to claim they have gluten free pancakes when they don't.

I ordered the French toast, hash browns, and fish and chips. All of The food was scrumptious. The server was friendly and upbeat. I been here a few times.

So bad! I love ihop but this location is terrible! I went with my boyfriend for brunch and the service was nonexistent. First, we didn’t get any silverware OR napkins. My boyfriend went behind the kiosk to get napkins for us. Then when the food came out I take a bite out of my Cali Melt and all I tasted was burnt. I get tomatoes are supposed to be a little charred but this was excessive. Not just my food but my boyfriends’ as well. He ordered a burger and there was a piece of chicken in it. This makes me wonder about cross contamination. Absolutely horrible. Not going back.

My family and I went to IHOP this weekend very early in the morning. We had the absolute pleasure of having a server named David A. He was absolutely phenomenal. He was by far the best waiter I’ve had in a very long time especially at IHOP. He was kind helpful and truly gave us an incredible experience. I’ve been to a lot of places and I truly very rarely leave reviews and I could not help but review him myself. He truly deserves to be taken care of by the IHOP corporation. Truly, I believe he should train other staff members.
