IHOP

came to IHOP for dinner and were very happy with our meal. we traveled 1.5 hours to get there from our home. well worth the trip. spoke with Tia and Betty (the Las Vegas crew) and they were extremely helpful and friendly. This is our new seafood restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Waited to get seated over 5 minutes or more Server tells me 20 minutes to wait to be seated. They were not seating anyone because of staffing😔Food came out cold. Once my food was served to me that was the last time I saw the server until it was time to pay!😔The only one I actually saw working was the busser. My question is... The server no where to be seen and the busser clearing off all the tables? It wasn't even busy!!

My family and I love Ihop, and my favorite things on menu is the cinnastack! So this past Saturday, we decide to go to dinner at this ihop location. We've gone a few times before, but our visits are long enough in between, that I forget just how slow their service always is. We had our drink orders taken, and then it took forever for those drinks to be brought out. Why? There were two other tables, they were not busy. It's finally time to place our order. I ordered the cinnastack, my favorite thing on the menu, and it's been a while since I've been able to enjoy it. So I had been thinking about it all day. After we order, it takes forever for our food to be brought out. Again, if they were busy, I would understand, but they weren't, and I even mentioned to my husband about just leaving and

I came here on my birthday, 11-02-2025, for breakfast. I was there in the mid morning/early afternoon hours. I was having a very rough morning. The staff had no way of knowing that. But, they treated me and my family with nothing but kindness. The waitress was was very helpful, especially with her suggestions on to go options. The hostess was very kind and patient with my children talking to them and asking them questions. Thank you for being so kind, even when you didn't know I needed grace and kindness. My breakfast was good and exactly I was wanting.

Came back today to give another chance. Yesterday stood at the host stand for almost 15 mins no one acknowledged we were there. Today the service was super slow food was over an hour wait after we were seated, I was ready to walk out when it was brought to the table. Food was cold and both orders were wrong. Im sorely disappointed with how this has become. It likely will be a good while before im back.
