IHOP

Maybe it’s better dine-in, but takeout was rough. The omelet was flat and barely filled, the avocado slices looked like they were added five seconds before closing the lid, and the potatoes were cold. For those prices, I expected fresh and filling, not sad and skimpy.

They didn't have broccoli and instead offered me this sad wilted bouquet of spinach on the side. My husband was stiffed a pancake on his stack of 5 buttermilk pancakes. Is it ever reasonable for anyone to order 5 buttermilk pancakes? No. Of course not. Each IHOP pancake is a towering pillar of dry, dry batter and no reasonable person should ever consume more than one or two of them, let alone five. Nevertheless he ordered 5 and received 4. Service was slow. A tumbleweed of hair blew past our table. Is any of this the true reason that I am leaving 1 star? No. I am leaving 1 star because IHOP is not a good restaurant. It is not good, and I knew this before I was made to come here. But perhaps, reader, you do not yet know this, so take heed. Do not come to the international house of pancakes

My parents came for Valentines Day and are celebrating 50yrs of marriage! They called me up and asked me to write an amazing review for ALL the staff, servers, managers, maintenance staff, cooks, etc... Such lovely and amazing friendly staff there that made my parents Valentine's Day really special. The decorated in there and just overall had such an amazing time. So much so for the first time in my life they asked me to call up and write a Google review for you all. Thank you very much! Please send this on to corporate

I partnered with this IHOP to host a community event for the Clarksburg Islamic Center and the team here was fantastic. I spoke to Juan on the phone initially to coordinate and I met with Winnie in person to confirm the details as the event was early in the morning at 3:30am (suhoor during Ramadan) and wanted to ensure they had enough staff to accomodate us and she was very understanding and kind. The night staff that took care of us during the event were phenomenal, very kind, and very attentive. We really appreciate the whole team here and hope to partner again in the future! My husband and I ordered a cinnastack to share which never disappoints :)

My order was completely wrong and the food was inedible. The burger I received was cold and looked as though it had already been eaten. I am very disappointed and will not be returning I order the jalapeno burger and they gave a different one prob a different costumer forgot it and they put it in my order
