IHOP

This the second time I did pick up and my order is messed up n made how yall just want to do it. I had ordered 2 pancake stacks yesterday both pancake stacks was plain Buttermilk pancakes with strawberry n bananas topping. Why did yall put bananas slices into my pancakes. I didn't ask for that and it wasn't in the description. I do take accountability on not checking my order before leaving.

I I die in at this IHOP all the time in my experience is always great. The food is great. The staff is wonderful. I have never had a problem at this location.

I have not dined here in over two years because of the previous service. I don’t know if they are under new management or what the case may be, but today’s service was exceptional. We came in as a group of eight we were served very fast. Everything was hot and fresh the refills kept coming. The staff was happy and very friendly. Thank you for your wonderful service today and I will be back

I had a great experience at IHOP while visiting from out of town. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great atmosphere!

Roach in the bathroom, slow service, though I'll let that go since it was our servers first day, she was so sweet. Everytime I come to ihop it's the same story, slow service, unnecessary fees, and honestly mid food.
