IHOP

We have been eating at this IHOP location for many years. Service and food quality seem to go up and down depending on the management. The latest management is doing a great job. Food is better and service is good. Mercedes, our waitress, is an IHOP veteran and she is quick, gets orders right and very personable. She is an asset for this IHOP location. Hope the good work continues.

Service at this IHOP is truly exceptional. I have one that’s literally five minutes from my house but I come all the way to Edgewater because they take care of their customers there It’s clean. It’s great to come there. It’s a nice environment and everybody is so pleasant I had Courtney today. She was amazing.

First let me explain myself, Carla our waitress was and is absolutely OUTFRIGGINSTANDING her attention to detail was on point. My plate I asked for the egg white omelette with avocado on the side went with pancakes (They wasn't warm), The omelette let state this wasn't IHOP standards that I'm used to, the product wasn't rolled the filling was skimpy I ate it cause I was hungry. Presentation was absolutely awful

We were greeted promptly. We had a big group and were accommodated easily. Our waitress (Dolores) was very nice and was very attentive with our group of 12. The food didn’t take long to cook and we were served fast. It was not crowded or busy even though it was a Friday night. Very happy with the food and service.

We always enjoy going to this I-Hop because the people are so nice and willing to make sure that you are happy with everything 😊. But the server we had this time (she was a young lady), wasn't as nice as our other server that we last time (who was a little older). So we will ask for the nice server we had 2 weeks ago... Other then that, the food was good.
