Everything w was good 👍 Food was served hot and fresh You have to go there

First off the management ran at this establishment is not the best. Every encounter I have had with one has been nothing but rude gestures and mean comments. Had an incident with my food not being cooked properly, asked for a manger when she came out (Misti) she had a very mean demeanor when speaking towards me, when I tried explaining the issue she kept cutting me off, proceed to pick the plate up and take it back to kitchen, heard some words be exchanged about the issue to the cooks and servers, never seen or spoke to her for the rest of my visit and never got any type of discount or anything. Misti you do not need to be a manager at this establishment shame on you.

Fresh coffee, delicious meal. I was very happy we stopped here to eat. Our server was amazing and took excellent care of us. She deserves a raise. If we come through and stop here again, I hope Sarah is our server again. Sarah, if you're reading this: You're a Rockstar with exceptional service skills!

I dont often goto Ihop but every now and then my wife who has is medically Gluten free wants some pancakes. Every time I goto the conway location, there is always a long wait. Today, my wife and I showed up, and we're immediately seated. However after looking over the menu for about 10 mins when we noticed they hadn't even taken our drink order. So we put down our menus and began to wait for a server. We waited 20 mins. With no service except to be seated, we left. Do not go here if you want to be served I a reasonable amount of time.

It was hotter than Hades in there. We sat at the square tables near the bathroom and the tables are too crowded there. My bottom was in the people's faces at the table next to us when trying to sit down. My daughter's chair was right next to the people beside us. Felt like they were eating with us. Very uncomfortable. And it was way too hot. We went Saturday Feb 14th in the morning.
