IHOP

All I can say is the food was great but the service was very subpar. My server was not on the ball at all. I barely got 1 drink refill before finishing my meal and she mostly complained about being tired. I get that it can be a stressful job but the place was only moderately busy. I would probably dine here more often if they brought back the fruit syrups.

From now on, all IHOP restaurants are a no go. I do not understand what happened to the quality of their food nationwide. This IHOP is in Duncan, Arkansas. Meals were tallied incorrectly, I believe in part because two people in my party asked for their change versus giving the money to our waitress (who was barely attentive). When my check came it was tallied incorrectly, but because three more people joined my party it equaled out. Two of those people were my daughter and grandson; their food was EXTREMELY late coming out from the kitchen. The food here has been awful lately. The meat is dry and tasteless. I paid and left without complaining. There are plenty of places to go eat. I'm never coming back

This place honestly needs to be shut down. It took a minute for my son and I to be seated. When we did get seated, I asked for coffee and the waitress came back and told me the creamer was too high on the shelf for her to get. So I waited and waited and watched her past by me numerous times until I asked her where is the creamer. She forgot. I let that go because I understand we all get busy. My food came out, I had the sampler and my son had chicken and waffles. My eggs were not hot and the cheese was not melted on top. My pancakes as I was cutting them, they were very dry as if they been sitting up, the food was cold, my hash browns were even cold. The coffee was weak. I didn’t even eat it. Visited at 9pm. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. There must have been only 2 employees total working because service was very slow. It took 45 minutes to get 3 entrees from the kitchen. They were friendly and pleasant in their service, just SLOW. My visit there was over 2 hours.
