IHOP

We had brunch here today and it was really good! Super friendly staff, quick efficient service, reasonable portions and the food was perfectly cooked! I got an omelet and my fiancee got the French toast with bananas and strawberries. Prices are reasonable! A large group came in at the same time we did, and the staff handled seating quickly and professionally.

We are regulars on Sunday morning at this location and after the last two experiences we will not be back. Last weekend we waited over an hour for our food. This morning we were seated for about 10 minutes when a 6 top came in. Their drink order was immediately taken and we were still waiting for our waitress to acknowledge our existence. We left.

Had the best breakfast! We ordered pancakes & eggs (of course) our server Brenda sat us down...served us immediately and gave us the best service as we enjoyed a nice breaky! Will be going back for sure...ps...hash browns are amazing!

I'm giving Ihop Alamogordo an overall score of 2 because of the service. We waited almost an hour for our food. Our server was mediocre and definitely needed more training. The food was good as it saved this rating from getting a 1. I'm not convinced that I will visit this particular location again due to the service and time we waited for our meal.

Our girl, BRENDA was absolutely incredible! She took such good care of us, she was on it, just amazing customer service. Her recommendation of the Colorado Omelette was exactly what we needed, SO GOOD!
