IHOP

We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP, and a big part of that was thanks to Madi! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she was especially attentive to our daughter, making sure she felt included and taken care of. Madi checked in often, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything was just right. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back—and we hope to have Madi as our hostess again!

I rarely take the time to write reviews for chain restaurants, but the service I received from Madi was simply outstanding. She was attentive, incredibly friendly, and managed our table perfectly, even when it got busy. Attentive: I never had to wait for a coffee refill or to catch someone's eye. Professional: She handled our order with a genuine smile and a great attitude. Efficient: Everything came out hot and exactly as ordered. If you’re stopping in, definitely ask for Madi’s section. She sets the bar high for what service should look like. Thanks for the great meal!

Madi was an amazing server. She greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. No waiting around. She explained the menu clearly and gave real recommendations that were actually good. First time going to this specific IHOP and let me just say that everything was great! The wait time for the food was super quick, everything came out perfectly, and the service was awesome. The waitress, Samantha, was very sweet and kind. She was also very attentive and responsive. I give this IHOP five stars! I will definitely be coming back soon!
