If you live in PSL and you haven’t been to Ideal Nutrition at 10348 SW Discovery Way yet… what are you doing??? 🔥 Today was their grand opening (theyve kinda been open for a few weeks now though lol) and they did it RIGHT. Local businesses partnering up, great energy, amazing staff it felt like a real community celebration not just another store opening. But let’s talk about the FOOD. When I tell you it is SO so so GOOD. I mean that. I’ve been focusing on an anti inflammatory diet so I usually grab their paleo options and BABY the chimichurri beef meatballs??? The chimichurri steak??? OHHHHHH. I EAT THOSE DOWN. No crumbs. No leftovers. The flavor is insane and you can tell it’s made with intention. I have been a fan of IdealNutrition for the past month. The concept is amazing: healthy, fresh food for an affordable price! I am a Miami resident, but I decided to visit the PSL store while I see family. My goodness, the zeitgeist I felt while walking in can’t be replicated. I have found my new alternative to meal prepping. Shout out to Mya and Jessica for the awesome customer service. You two are great!
