I Purchase from Ideal on a regular basis. Never had an issue with the staff nor the product. Guaranteed fresh in my opinion. market prices and special orders from Portugal make it a Bonus.
If I could give it lower I would customer service rude, the drivers of delivery rude. Try to ask certain questions not knowledgeable about. If you could take your business somewhere else I reccomend it. Fish products are decent nothing crazy. I usually dont write bad reviews but the customer experience bad to be honest.
Great customer service, very efficient. Fish was great. No complaints.
