Went to this beach to see sunrise and it was magical. Totally worth it . Parking was free because we went early morning but it is paid parking for rest of the day. Clean beach with small waves. Not very ideal for swimming. This beach does not have a volleyball net. Parking is very limited so come early.
My first time at an Atlantic beach. Wonderful for rock hounds like me. Was very quiet, with only a few others on the beach. Easy and cheap parking. Very glad I took the time to go.
I like this beach.I have been coming here for several years now. It's calm and relaxing. There are no life guards due to the calm waters. You do need to pay for parking unless you find street parking. Two weeks a part I ended up with mosquito bites and from the water. I will not go to any beach until next year. BUT, I will go to Ideal Beach again.
Very nice bay beach. Parking is limited. Very friendly locals
Really enjoyed it there in the past summers. This time we, my family were Attacked by sand fleas. Will not return. There should have been some sort of posts or warnings posted.
