Absolutely DUMMY good Omakase. My partner and I are in absolute shock / angry that dinner was over. The staff were very kind and attentive. The Uni was delectable and sweet. The Sapporo was clean and crisp. Each item of the Omakase topped the next. An absolute gem of a place. We will be back 🤩
I had the immense pleasure of dining at Idashi for an omakase experience, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable meals of my life. The chef was an absolute master of their craft—each dish was a testament to their artistry and skill. Every bite felt like a harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and perfectly balanced ingredients. The freshness of the seafood was unparalleled, and the precision with which the dishes were prepared was awe-inspiring. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an immersive journey through Japanese culinary tradition, with a modern twist that left me completely captivated. But what truly elevated this experience beyond the fo
Idashi is my favorite Omakase place in Brooklyn (and thus the neighborhood) and is one of my favorite places in NYC. The quality is exceptional, it's an incredible value, and the pieces are creative and delicious. I've been here a few times, and each time was unique. It's a great balance of fish quality, sauces without being overpowering, and additions that compliment the fish. Looking forward to my next visit!
We came here for our anniversary. The food was very delicious and served in a timely matter. The staff was very attentive and kind. The BYOB was awesome as well and we brought our own sake. Would definitely go again when visiting Brooklyn!
Absolutely phenomenal omakase experience, well worth the price for the $99 16-course omakase which was so delicious! Highly recommend this! The quality of fish was excellent. We also came on a Sunday evening for a birthday and had a baby and they accommodated us in a very family-friendly manner! The chefs and waiter were incredibly warm and attentive throughout.
