Ichika Kaiseki has finally opened its doors. I was truly fortunate to experience a course meal crafted by Chef Leo, Chef Chika, and Chef Sachi. It was an experience of authentic Japanese cuisine—profound and pure—that I will surely never forget. How can mere words possibly do justice to the course I experienced? I would describe their entire culinary repertoire—which defies verbal expression—as the definitive culmination of Japanese dining in Dallas, Texas. They are now writing a grand chapter in history.
