Ichiddo Ramen

For the last few months I’ve been patiently waiting for ichiddo to open up their Newburgh location and it was well worth the wait!! The menu here is huge, there is definitely something for everyone. We started off with the roasted bbq pork buns, char siu bao buns, and takoyaki apps and they were all amazing! I had the red curry ramen with a taro coconut boba and my bestie had the char siu ramen. Both ramens were incredibly flavorful and all the toppings went so well with the broth. The food came out quickly and our server was very nice! I’m so happy food this good is now so close to home, I can’t wait to try more of the menu!!

5/5. Ichido at the Shoppes at Union Square delivers authentic Japanese ramen for the area. Broth brings deep umami and balance. Noodles hold a firm bite. Karaage is crisp and juicy. Agedashi tofu is light and flavorful. Chicken wings are well seasoned and satisfying. Prompt, attentive service.

Ichiddo Ramen was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent. The ramen was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—every bite was satisfying. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and authentic taste made the experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

As a ramen LOVER 10/10! The food comes out FAST, the portions are great, my server was wonderful, and there are so many options on the menu. Everything was so fresh, perfectly cooked, and yummy! Loved this location, can’t wait to return soon and try some other menu items

Absolutely wonderful, I ordered kimchi ramen (spicy) hubby ordered pork ramen not spicy and added beef. Portion was huge, I couldn’t finish it. I am so happy and excited this place is in Newburgh. I am a foodie so this is right up my alley. The best part it’s authentic!
