Ichiban Japanese Fusion Cuisine

I've been to Ichiban multiple times already. The waiter and everyone was very attentive and the food was good. I just got the service I wanted, without intrusive attitude for a tip.

I love their sushi here, the way they make it, the flavor it’s just so good. I’m so selective on sushi but this place has never disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years. Even their sauces, it’s all great quality. Great chefs

Not a bad place to go get Japanese food at. We went there (9 of us) and we ordered different variety of dishes. Some of us got the Salmon teriyaki, some the Thai curry, and some sushi. I got the Spicy Maki Combo and the Seaweed Salad. Spicy Maki Combo is 3 different rolls (tuna, salmon, yellowtail) and it was good but it wasn’t spicy for me like at all. It tasted like I just ate regular Maki Combo. But the Seaweed Salad was pretty good. I got Miso soup as a side which was not bad, but the side salad had a weird dressing on it (some of us liked it, but some not as much). Other had mixed reviews of it was very delicious and a few who said it was just good. The place in general is clean, and the staff were very friendly, nice, and helpful. I guess to save money this place is super cheap with the amount of fish in the sushi. I had the dragon roll which was basically rice with avocado. Not coming back.

I was impressed with with the great service. Especially because the server stopped me from ordering too much food. The sushi was flavorful and fresh.
