Ichiban Florence Sushi And Hibachi

Our server was super friendly and the food was delicious. We went during lunch time and the prices were very fair. The Bento boxes had good size portions and the sushi was fresh. We will be back next time we're in town.

I ordered the Hibachi Chicken dinner, but it was quite salty. I chose this dish based on positive reviews about their food, but it turned out to be a waste. So just a heads-up for anyone considering it.

Very good place to have sushi or hibachi. Wait staff was courteous and offered suggestions. The food was very good. Vegetable fried rice was some of the best I've had! Ginger salad was good as well.

Dirty silverware, dirty soy sauce cups. Wrong drink order. Undercooked fried calamari, sashimi temperature was a little warmer then room temperature, sashimi was not tender or cut correctly and smelled way to fishy. Which fresh fish has a pleasant fish aroma, this was not that. Rotten lettuce covered in ginger sauce forced on us by the manager. Manager told us that things should be 86d off the menu because they "taste bad" the menu should be redone completely. Hibachi chicken was pink in the middle, far to sweet. Worst of all. The costumer service was terrible. Rushed, did not listen to complaints when we were at the table. So at the end I bite my tongue and didn't say anything. The pink lady roll is so mind blowingly delicious! I would have never thought about strawberries on a roll but it did not disappoint. The chef was amazing and funny. Service was great! All food was so tasty. And Sarah our server didn't skip a beat!! Definitely worth every penny!
