Iceberg Drive Inn 3900 South

Please for the love of god improve your drive-thru process! It should not take 20-40 minutes to get through a line of 5 cars. I was the third car back the other day and we waited over 20 minutes! By time we got to the window our ice creams had already started to melt. Do not start making the shakes to leave them sitting at the window to melt. This has happened multiple times now. Not only that, but one of our ice creams had these green plastic looking things all through it. Quality of the food and service has definitely declined.

Ok guys this place is alright in some sense. Like their service is decent friendly employees wait time not bad. The I ordered was trash. I said that right!! The “Rodeo Burger” looks like it just had a baby. The onion ring inside was bigger than my belt. The beef patty and bacon taste like it was cooked yesterday. Texture was trash, and sauce trash. I don’t this place to anyone. They need to do better. Peace.

This is a unique place to go! The inside is decorated like an old diner with booth seats and fun pictures. You can also sit outside! The staff was quick to help us and serve us and even offered to help us to the car with our shakes. They have many flavors of ice cream to choose from and everyone enjoyed there’s. We tried chocolate, strawberry, butterfinger, moose tracks, pistachio, and vanilla!

If you are in the area, it's worth the time to visit this place. Food was delicious and the servings were massive. I can't wait to go back.

On my birthday my daughter suggested to visit this place since a good friend of her works there. His name is Obay and he is the sweetest, most attentive, kind boy who took care of us so good to make us feel the special guest among the entire customers. ICEBERG is an icon of American food, and give a cool old school vibes as you get your meal served in the "60's" era. If you want to have a great memories with your family, specially to your kids go to ICEBERG and ask for Obay.
