Ibiza Cafe

I went by myself wanting to check out another cafe in the area since I’m new to town. I came on a Sunday rainy afternoon and felt like I went to somewhere in Europe. I felt the vibe in the music and the sandwich I ordered was amazing. It was light, fresh, and tasteful. I also got the customer favorite $5 apple mimosa on the Sunday special. I felt so romantic and in love with myself for coming here. The atmosphere depending on where you sat in the cafe can give you a different effect. My experience was so enjoyable:)

A pleasant cafe tucked into downtown Frederick, MD, with 10/10 delicious food and drinks! Friendly staff, quiet and pleasant music, comfy padded chairs, and homey decor. Highly recommend this place. Parking is on the street (don't use the lot out back--that's a private lot and you get towed, but there's plenty of street parking available).

I was looking for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee on my way to a meeting since I don't live near here... Looked up coffee places near me and came across the best breakfast sandwich that I had in months!!! Bread... Super fast... Deli meats and spread on point, came with a little green salad that had balsamic on it . Coffee... Typically when I get a latte I ask for an extra shot of espresso... The guy putting together someone else coffee (beautiful coffee cup that wasn't mine btw) heard me asking for the extra shot and said: "it already got 2 in it" trusting that he knew coffee... Got it as it comes and the milk coffee balance and taste were awesome. I will happily be back here when I get the opportunity to be around this area.

Very cute local place. The bagel with avocado, goat cheese and tomato was delicious. As was their seasonal Apple Streusel Latte. Friendly service, nice jazz in the background. Great spot to take a break and read my book. I would go back!

This is the first time I’ve rushed to write a review. I came here today with normal expectations (I haven’t been having luck with cafes lately) and they were well exceeded! Ibiza is beautifully curated and it’s like each end of the cafe is designed for a chat with a friend or a quiet corner to work. I love the options. I had an iced fruit tea and the oink-wich. My husband had a Banana Rum Latte and a sandwich. We both agreed what we ordered was delicious! I had some work to do and the wifi was fast for what I needed! The music selection is excellent and not too loud or too quiet so you have options to listen in or tune out with your own jams. Outlet placement is handy as well. The staff is so kind and looks like they chat with regulars which was nice to see. Hopefully I can be one too :)
