I Sushi & Teriyaki

This was absolutely abysmal pho. We were excited that there was a pho restaurant in town here instead of having to go to Lacey. I wish we would have driven to Lacey. First, the rare steak and tendon pho was borderline inedible. The beef was cut with the grain, meaning each bite was leathery tough. Seriously, how do you make this mistake? Second, the tendon wasn't tendon, it was cartilage and gristle. Nothing soft in the entire meal, everything was a tough, chewy disaster. Last, my wife ordered chicken pho. The broths were identical and there was no labeling (which wouldn't have helped anyways since she was looking for chicken broth, which they of course didn't/don't make). Also the broth was basically salty fish sauce. No real pho spices that we expect, and just tastes like salty fish

Was on my way to Oregon when we stopped off for a quick bite of sushi. The quality and presentation was top notch, and the sushi rice was so well seasoned and not overwhelming to the fish at all. The quality of the fish was very fresh. We enjoyed miso, tempura and sake as well. When I went to the bathroom I was impressed by the care and attention to detail. I would recommend this spot to everyone.

New ownership ruined this place. Food isn’t that great, orders are consistently wrong, constantly out of stuff, closes whenever they want instead of the posted 8:30pm time so you show up just to find locked doors and lights out etc. don’t waste your time here. Tonight really pissed me off. I called around 7:40pm to place my order of vegetable pho, gyoza and house fried rice. At 7:55pm Daisy from Isushi is calling me asking me if I’m picking up my food, I was two minutes away. I get there, grab my food, tip $5 and head home. I get home at 8:05 and open the containers to see that they gave me beef pho (literally the saddest looking pho ever) instead of the vegetable pho I ordered. I called at 8:08pm and no answer so I call again and again and then just grab the food and head back. I get the

I ordered the Salmon and Chicken teriyaki but received Shrimp and chicken. This was delivered to me (Uber)so I couldn't check it at the restaurant. When I noticed I had the wrong meal, I immediately called them. And they never picked up. I called nearly 20 times during regular business hours and never got an answer. The food delivered to me costs less than the food I paid for. This is called theft. I do not eat shrimp. This is called theft. I DISCOURAGE EVERYONE FROM EATING HERE.

The food isn't very good. Everything always tastes like it's prepared in advanced and merely heated up. I've tried the beef teriyaki and couple of times now, and they just can't get it right. It's too tough and cut all wrong. You get lots of food. Good but not great. 3/5 stars.
