I Scream Gelato turned out to be a nice destination according to my experience. The establishment presents a clean modern design with a welcoming atmosphere and a bright relaxed environment. The establishment provides a comfortable seating area where customers can savor their desserts at their own pace. The staff members provided excellent service through their friendly demeanor and their ability to explain all available flavors and toppings patiently. The quality of service made a significant impact on our experience. We selected waffles with Nutella gelato and a gelato cup that came with numerous toppings. Delicious ice cream and really friendly service. I was offered several samples before choosing, which was superb! Prices are not cheap, but the place is nicely done and in a good location.

The gelato here is really delicious! There are so many flavor options, everything tasted amazing, and it was hard to choose just one. Even with a lot of customers, the staff was friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back!

¡Ay, Dios mío! Let me tell you something, Lucy—this place, this place, is magnífico! We walk into I Scream Gelato and immediately I say, “Ricky, you are in Miami, but tonight you are also in heaven.” The gelato? Smooth like a mambo, rich like a Tropicana paycheck. The dulce de leche—ayyyy—so creamy, so sweet, it make-a me want to cry and play the bongos at the same time. Then comes the donut flavor. Who does this?! Only geniuses, that’s who. It tastes like a warm hug from a donut that went to finishing school. Perfect balance, no funny business. And just when I think I cannot take any more happiness, they bring out the strawberry cheesecake crepes. Lucy! Delicious gelato with excellent service. Handful of toppings to choose from, belgian waffles and egg waffles too! Himansho was super helpful and patient with us as we had a large party. Perfect for a hot Miami day! Super friendly excellent staff. A++++
