Came in for a milkshake for my fiance, we used to live by the mall and she LOVES the Belgian chocolate shake. Got it, brought it home, it’s chocolate milk for $12. I called 3 times - no answer. Okay. I drag my behind back up there and let the 2 girls working know. They’re nice enough - tell them I want a refund, they offer to remake it and say there’s no manager there to refund me. Okay. They remake it, it’s still chocolate milk. At this point I’m not going to continue to deal with these girls as they can’t help em and I leave. I’m a restaurant GM. If you are going for o leave a building without a manager in it, even an ice cream shop, you have to train the people. There’s no way the quality of the milkshakes has dropped this much in 2 years, they simply just must not know how to make them

This is possibly the best ice cream/customer service I’ve ever had….from how perfect and delightful the conversation was, to how sweet the ice cream tasted. Yes the ice cream was fantastic, but what was TRULY fantastic is absolute fine CHARLEY behind the counter. But enough about her….the ice cream is to DIE for and I definitely recommend to anyone who is in the mood for a sweet treat on a hot summer day !!

We ordered pistachio and belgican chocolate they both were so good. Pistachio had very natural flavour with real Pistachio which was my favorite. It's a bit pricy though two small scope in cone cost $10.

When the urge strikes one to three times a year, I usually stop by this location while at The Gardens mall to indulge on one scoop of HD Rum Raisin ice cream. Their banana and strawberry smoothie is also a good treat. Their staff is friendly/welcoming and provides quick service. A special thank you to Carolyn who was super pleasant and accommodating. 👍🏿👍🏿 (Cost: $13 + change for the ice cream and smoothie - a bit pricey, but well worth the price 😉)

Haagen Dazs is a family favorite!! They have every flavor you want + more. They can do a 2 scoop cup/cone or 1 scoop cup/cone. My personal favorite is their Dazzlers: layers of delicious ice cream, toppings, ice cream, and more toppings. Please and thank you. 🙏
