The short statured female employee Feb 28, 2026 at approximately 7:30pm was EXCELLENT in understanding I only wanted one small scoop of ice cream basic sundae for my 2 young boys. Neither of them like syrup toppings. I also just wanted a scoop with hot fudge. I told her that I am aware I am paying full price and want less than what their sundaes normally come with, but we all just ate supper and I just hate wasting food. It was the end of a long day and I wanted to give them a small treat for a drama-less weekend so far. She understood the assignment. I think her bosses should commend her for helping the company make 3 sales with a tip, using less ingredients and thereby helping keep the store's overhead down. A woman behind the counter took my order from my server and added things I did not want to my sundae. I don't know who she was, but she was wearing fake eyelashes, hair in a maybe 20" ponytail without a hairnet, and acrylic nails. I am not sure if she worked there, as she didn't have a name tag either. Hope she wasn't some rando trying to upsell orders against customer wishes. There was a man who rang me up and I tried to explain I didn't want anything extra -- only what I ordered. He nodded, but he didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Don't go to this place if you deviate from their menu. I told them I will pay regular price, but wanted half portion.

I’m unsure of the employee who served me around the 5pm time frame but he was very generous, fast serving, and the establishment was clean with families enjoying their ice cream. Very nice atmosphere. Grateful for my amazing service this evening! 🙏🏾

I am looking for Haagen Dazs company page review. Since this is a store of there I guess all is the same. I have been eating Haagen Dazs for over and year or more now. I have tried Bourbon praline pecan 😋, caramel cones, which are my two favorite but the bourbon praline pecan I can not find anywhere. I live in MS. So I wanted to try another flavor since the store was out of my favorite. I purchased the cookies and cream. I really have never said I do not like how and ice cream tastes 😕 but cookies and cream flavors is good, but the cookie in the ice cream is salty, I have never experienced that much of a salt that taste before in and ice cream. Is there a short on the bourbon praline pecan?

The service is speedy and customer service spectacular! The conversation with the employees is much more than ice cream it's wholesome and genuine.
