I had gotten a regular strawberry mango smoothie and the girl make it and did not fill it up all the way

It’s a busy Sunday night, yet only two employees are working the ice cream and smoothie area, and there is no sense of urgency. The staff is moving at an extremely slow pace, with one person taking orders while the other focuses on stocking utensils instead of helping prepare orders. One employee is eating while making orders, which is concerning. Many customers are waiting, and there appears to be little care or awareness of the growing line. I have been waiting over 20 minutes for a smoothie and am still waiting. Overall, this is a very disappointing experience.

I love this location. We stop by here every Disney trip. The staff on my last trip was friendly and working quickly even with a long line. A younger employee (I think her name tag said Cassidy) made my milkshake this time and it was delicious! We will be back on our next Disney vacation!

We came here on 12/5 around 10:45-11pm and the three young people working forgot our order, as well as the two groups ahead of us, and we're spending more time talking & taking breaks than working. One employee handed out a milkshake saying "ummm" until the CUSTOMER said what it was. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 scoops of ice cream & a milkshake. Ended up leaving without the scoops because we had to catch the last ferry.... Disappointed considering we spent over $20 for the order

We ordered shakes and were not impressed. More milk than anything else...not much ice cream.
