Shocked to see that both our cone and cup were meticulously weighed. It was sad to see the scooper pick away at the measley scoop to put back the portion she scooped that apparently would have violated their pre measurement standard! Don’t waste your money here . They want a 20 dollar bill just to say hello to experience their weighing talents .

Review from a non local! Found Häagen-Dazs tucked away from the central entrance of Gulfstream Casino and Mall. Our first time ever visiting a Häagen-Dazs and it was a good ol' time. Ordered strawberry sorbet in a waffle cone (vegan!!!), three other scoops of ice cream in cups, and a coffee chip shake. Total came to $38.xx before gratuity. Service was nice and very patient with us as we had our kids with us undecided with their choices. A couple tables for indoor seating. It was full of people so we took our ice cream outside of shop. Shop was clean and had many flavors. Tip: Waffle bowls and cones are not made to order. What is made and cooled down is what is available. They don't make them hot as they melt the ice cream. Overall it was a nice visit and everything was delicious.

The person who served us not only seemed distracted, but he also completely messed up our order! To begin with, the vanilla malt was basically just blended milk. I repeated the flavors I wanted a few times, and he dismissed me, giving me the wrong ones twice with no regards ! Look, I understand that maybe something happened before he assisted us. But his lack of interest in doing something so simple wasn't cool. On another day; Drake is on point , friendly , prompt and professional 👌 ☺️🍨 thank you so much Drake!

Unsanitary: phone on fruit cutting board. Ice cream isn’t even better than what you could get from the freezer at Publix.
