Cute ice cream corner with outside seating. The ice cream is always delicious, staff is nice. Line moves quickly. Tried The strawberry cheesecake dazzler, don’t forget to add caramel. Amazing. Little pricey but great ice cream and ice cream date spot

I visited this ice cream shop on November 15th, 2025 around 10:00 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The employee Nayelis treated me with a terrible attitude, showing clear irritation from the moment she approached me. She made no effort to assist me or make my visit pleasant. I expected to enjoy a nice moment with some ice cream, but instead I ended up feeling uncomfortable and poorly treated. This kind of behavior seriously affects the image of the business and discourages customers from returning. I do not recommend this place as long as they keep staff with such a bad attitude and lack of customer service skills.

the lady here was so rude to us! 😞 and we didn’t even do nothing, just straight evil in those eyes! when we were ordering my big belly friend tried to order some sundae and she wasn’t even trying to hear him and when she was giving us the ice cream she got mad because i didn’t hear here and rolled her eyes, what a person man.

One of my kids ask me if missions are that clean 🤭. The place It's very clean. The guys even though they are young, they work fast and they are very nice.

The ice creams are great!! We love all the flavors. Pedro is very polite & has very good customer service skills; however, his manager, I did not get her name she should not be the manager. She does not know how to interact/ communicate with customers. I notified all the employees that the AC was not working and she stated, " THE AC IS WORKING. You are probably not feeling it because you are seating close to the window" after that, we noticed that two other customers complained regarding the AC also.my recommendation, please train the manger better maybe she should be sent to management classes. I would like to be contacted by her boss.
